At The Redeemer, we strongly believe that effective communication between home and school plays a vital role in supporting children's wellbeing, learning and academic success.

Each class has its own secure Class Page, which can only be accessed by the parents and carers of pupils within that class.

Class Dojo enables staff to share positive news, celebrate achievements and communicate important information through direct messages and the Class Story. Throughout the year, teachers will use the Class Story to share key dates, reminders, updates on learning, and activities that families can use to support learning at home.

The direct messaging feature provides parents and carers with a convenient way to communicate with their child's class teacher regarding information that is specific to their child. However, if information is urgent or time-sensitive, please contact the school office directly to ensure it is received promptly.

Staff will endeavour to respond to messages in a timely manner. Our staff will only communicate with parents and carers via Class Dojo between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday during term time. We aim to respond to all messages within two working days.
